These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vine Bar wholesale ordering service, including our SMS-based order submission system and website at vinebarvino.com. By placing an order or using our SMS ordering service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
The SMS ordering service is available exclusively to licensed wholesale trade accounts that have an established business relationship with Vine Bar. Use of the service requires prior account setup and agreement to these Terms during onboarding. Vine Bar reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate account access at its discretion.
SMS Ordering Service
Vine Bar operates an SMS-based ordering system that allows authorized wholesale customers to submit wine orders by text message.
- Opt-in: Participation requires explicit consent provided during account onboarding. By providing your mobile number and agreeing to use the SMS ordering service, you consent to receive automated transactional messages in response to orders you submit.
- Message frequency: You will receive one automated confirmation reply per order message you send. Vine Bar will not send unsolicited messages.
- Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
- Opt-in keywords: Reply START or YES to re-enable the service if you have previously opted out.
- Opt-out keywords: Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT at any time to discontinue the SMS service. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
- Help keyword: Reply HELP for assistance. You will receive a response with contact information and a link to these Terms.
- Non-sharing: We do not sell, share, or disclose your mobile phone number to third parties for marketing or any other purposes.
Order Submissions
Orders submitted via SMS are subject to product availability and Vine Bar’s standard wholesale pricing and terms. An automated confirmation reply acknowledges receipt of your message — it does not constitute acceptance or guarantee of fulfillment. Vine Bar reserves the right to contact you to clarify, modify, or decline any order.
Orders flagged for review (e.g., unrecognized products or quantities) will be followed up by Vine Bar staff prior to fulfillment.
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that orders submitted via SMS are accurate, including wine names, quantities, and any special instructions. Vine Bar is not liable for errors resulting from unclear or incomplete order messages.
Intellectual Property
All content on vinebarvino.com, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Vine Bar and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Vine Bar’s SMS ordering service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for delays, errors, or failures in message delivery caused by third-party carriers or service providers. In no event shall Vine Bar’s liability exceed the value of the order in question.
Changes to These Terms
Vine Bar may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the SMS ordering service following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version will always be available at vinebarvino.com/terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
